<h2>YOUR TASKS</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues for the <strong>IT application landscape</strong> of all locations of the Selecta Group</li>
	<li>Work within our IT ticket system</li>
	<li><strong>Manage company devices</strong> together with on-site support for hardware issues (installations, updates, problems, replacements etc)</li>
	<li><strong>Develop and maintain documentation</strong> for processes and troubleshooting guides</li>
	<li><strong>Collaborate</strong> with team members and the different departments of the company, to identify areas for <strong>improvement</strong> and implement solutions to <strong>enhance efficiency</strong> and productivity</li>
	<li><strong>Monitor system performance</strong> and conduct regular security checks within the company infrastructure</li>
	<li><strong>Participate</strong> in the execution of IT <strong>projects</strong> within the entire Selecta Group</li>
</ul>

<h2>YOUR PROFILE</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Background in <strong>Computer Science, Information Technology,</strong> or a related field</li>
	<li>Expertise in IT hardware and application support</li>
	<li><strong>Analytical skills</strong> to understand how our horticultural business flows interact with our IT application landscape</li>
	<li><strong>High service orientation</strong> regarding end-user support</li>
	<li>Ability to <strong>set priorities</strong> and work independently</li>
	<li>Excellent communication skills and capacity to understand business concepts quickly</li>
	<li>Enjoy working in an <strong>international</strong> and highly motivated <strong>team</strong></li>
	<li>Very good knowledge of <strong>English</strong></li>
