<h1>Global Information Security &amp; Compliance Manager (m/f/d)</h1>
<h2>YOUR SHOES TO FILL:</h2>
<ul> 
 <li>Lead and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).</li> 
 <li>Oversee IT General Controls (ITGC) and ensure alignment with audit and compliance standards.</li> 
 <li>Manage compliance documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, accessible, and audit-ready.</li> 
 <li>Conduct risk assessments, define mitigation strategies, and monitor execution.</li> 
 <li>Coordinate and test Disaster Recovery (DR) processes regularly.</li> 
 <li>Drive security awareness and education initiatives across the organization.</li> 
 <li>Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure policy adherence and process improvement.</li> 
 <li>Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely remediation of findings.</li> 
 <li>Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely execution of all governance activities.</li> 
</ul>
<h2>YOUR WALK OF LIFE:</h2>
<ul> 
 <li>University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field</li> 
 <li>Proven leadership skills with over 8 years of progressive experience in IT Security &amp; compliance, including 3-5 years in Senior management or Hed of roles.</li> 
 <li>2–3 years of experience as a CISO or Information Security Manager</li> 
 <li>Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and ITGC frameworks, ideally gained in a NYSE-listed or similarly regulated organizatio</li> 
 <li>Experience working in an organization with embedded ITGC controls and SOX compliance</li> 
 <li>Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Defense Systems</li> 
 <li>Familiarity with IT General Controls and risk governance frameworks\Certification in ISO/IEC 27002 – Information Security Foundation</li> 
 <li>Microsoft Certified (e.g., Security, Compliance, Identity Fundamentals)</li> 
 <li>Proficient in German and English</li> 
 <li>Proficient in Microsoft products (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)</li> 
 <li>Experience with Entra ID / Active Directory</li> 
 <li>Strong communicator with the ability to engage across all levels</li> 
 <li>Process-driven and structured in approach</li> 
 <li>Skilled negotiator with a collaborative mindset</li> 
 <li>Able to maintain a bird’s-eye view while coordinating with technical experts for deep dives</li> 
</ul>
