<h1>Digital Project Manager (m/f/d)</h1>

<h4>Your tasks:</h4>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Project Planning &amp; Execution</strong>

	<ul>
		<li>Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects (web/mobile apps), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget targets are met</li>
		<li>Translate business requirements into clear and actionable project plans, user stories, and milestones</li>
		<li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, risks, and resource utilization using a metrics-driven approach</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li><strong>Team &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration</strong>
	<ul>
		<li>Act as the primary liaison between Business, IT, and Development teams</li>
		<li>Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps throughout the product lifecycle</li>
		<li>Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings</li>
		<li>Coordinate with external solution providers to align deliverables and ensure quality standards</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li><strong>Tools &amp; Methodologies</strong>
	<ul>
		<li>Utilize JIRA to manage project tasks, sprint boards, backlog grooming, and reporting</li>
		<li>Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence or similar platforms</li>
		<li>Apply Agile and Scrum best practices; familiarity with hybrid models is a plus</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li><strong>Risk, Quality &amp; Communication</strong>
	<ul>
		<li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues</li>
		<li>Provide regular status reports to senior stakeholders and drive decision-making processes</li>
		<li>Ensure high levels of transparency and communication within the project team</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
</ul>

<h4>Your profile:</h4>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Required</strong>

	<ul>
		<li>Proven experience (6+ years) as an IT or Digital Project Manager</li>
		<li>Hands-on experience managing digital platforms or mobile applications</li>
		<li>Proficiency with JIRA and Agile/Scrum frameworks</li>
		<li>Strong knowledge of metrics-driven project tracking (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.)</li>
		<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li>
		<li>Experience working with third-party vendors or integrators</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li><strong>Preferred</strong>
	<ul>
		<li>Background in software development or technical project management</li>
		<li>Experience in cloud-native or API-driven projects</li>
		<li>Knowledge of UI/UX and mobile usability principles</li>
		<li>Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)</li>
	</ul>
